Goal Achievement and Problem Resolution Coaching

Managers constantly face tough decisions and problems. Personality conflicts, time pressures, defiant employees, emotional issues, negative communication, inadequate delegation skills, project management problems, passivity, difficulty giving or receiving feedback, stress and poor prioritization skills are just a few of the problems that managers may have. These problems can sabotage you and/or your managers' effectiveness.

The Leadership Coaching Program

Our Coaching Program helps managers and employees to solve problems and achieve critical goals. Managers are coached either face to face or over the telephone.

Creating a Step by Step Action Plan to Achieve What is Most Important

Managers and/or employees are guided during coaching sessions to set up an action plan to achieve particular goals or resolve a specific problem

Accountability, Support and Time Frames

People tend to not want to let their coaches down. We take care of our priorities when someone is there encouraging, supporting, offering guidance, providing advice and working for us.  Coaching helps us achieve specific, measurable goals

Focused Leadership
Telephonic coaching is being used extensively today by companies throughout the U.S. to help managers and employees resolve specific issues and improve job performance. Coaching avoids stigmatizing a manager or employee. Coaching is a supportive, confidential way to make sure that you or your workers are taking the steps necessary to resolve a problem or achieve your most important goals.
