1.  Go about 10 minutes on Route 78 West in the local lanes to Exit 50 B  

2.  Make a right at the exit traffic light onto Vauxhill Road.  Go straight, through the first immediate light.  Keep going straight past the next traffic light at Springfield Road (3 to 4 gas stations on the corner). 

3. At the next light on Valley Road, keep going straight, passing a small shopping center on your right.  Make your next left onto Millburn Avenue. 

4.  Go on Millburn Ave. to the first light (passing Whole Foods Supermarket on your right) and make a right at the light onto Wyoming Ave. 

5.  Go straight on Wyoming; over the railroad tracks and through the light on the other side of the small RR bridge.  Keep going straight up Wyoming Ave. for 5 minutes and just before you hit the next light (i.e., the street before the next light) make a right onto West End Road. 

6.  Go half way down the street.  On the left is 359 West End Road (White House, black shutters). 

7.  Park on the street and walk up the driveway to the right of the house.  Go around to the back and the first door on the left is the waiting room.

Approaches from South, North, West NJ and New York:

             From Route 80 Going East:  

             1.  Take Route 80 East to the split between Route 80 and Route 280.  

          2.  Take Route 280 East at the Split and continue about 5 minutes to Exit 7 Pleasant Valley

                    Way.

              3.  Make a left at the exit to turn onto Pleasant Valley Way going South

              4.  Keep going straight for about 5 minutes passing 3 lights and a lake on your left, going

                         partially through the South Mountain Reservation (Name Changes to Cherry Lane)

              5.  At the 4th light make a left onto South Orange Ave. Go through the "S" curves to the

                          light at the top of the hill.  

              6.  Go half way down the hill and make a right at the next light onto Wyoming Ave. 

              7.  Make an immediate left onto West End Road 

              8.  Half way down the street on the left is 359 West End Road. 

              Park on the street and walk up the driveway to the right of the house.  Go around to the

                         back and the first door on the left is the waiting room.
