The Public Safety Leadership Challenge Program

A Training Program that Provides a Direct Return on  Time and Investment by Training Police Chiefs, Supervisors, Administrators and/or Corrections Officers to Achieve Specific Public Safety and Department Improvement Goals

Guide Problem and Under Performing Officers:  Improve communication and create performance improvement plans to improve the work of under performing officers.  

Coordinate Work More Effectively with Other Organizations, Agencies and Departments:  Get public safety officers involved in implementing changes that will improve your department's working together with the court system, other agencies, township or city government, your community and/or other organizations.

Succeed:  Set and achieve critical work improvement, department and/or public safety goals

 The 5 Leadership Challenge Program Steps:

  1. Focus:  We talk with you to pinpoint the most important leadership and/or public safety goals that you have for your department 

  2. Instruction:  Using a task force format, we train you, your managers and/or your teams to use the Key 7 Power Leadership Skills in order to achieve the target goals 

  3. Guidance:  We help create an action plan for achieving the targeted goals 

  4. Motivation and Involvement:  We get Chiefs, supervisors and/or teams to carry out the actions needed to overcome problems and achieve their goals 

  5. Measurement:  We have participants measure the success of their actions
